2011 SALES AS COMPARED WITH THE PREVIOUS 7 YEARS ..

A look at the annual figures for the last 8 years (graphs below) it shows that both the yearly sales volume and the number of single family homes sold a year hit their bottom in 2009 with a steady year-over-year increase in 2010 and 2011. The average sales price and price per square foot, even though declining slightly, has remained fairly steady at the 2009 levels. THIS COULD SIGNIFY THE END OF OUR "DOWN MARKET."
